Unfortunately, unlike all previous times we have ordered, there were items missing and there was no salt and vinegar on my chips. The Fanta wasn't on the order and the wasn't any hot chili sauce. Normally, we are very happy but this time we were a little disappointed. Also, have you changed your curry sauce? It didn't taste like it normally does.

Terrible - ordered large chips and got small/medium and was cold when arrived. Have used this chip shop for about ten years and every other time has been great, disappointing this time.

Chips were hot but the fish only just warm! Asked for brown or whole meal bread, told, only do white. The tea was awful, undrinkable, don't think boiling water was used and most probably cheap tea bags too, thought we'd have a change from George's at Belper, big mistake!

Took 2 and half hours to arrive 45 mins longer than said. Was cold and only sent 1 portion of chips instead of 3. Want a refund

Best chippy in Belper in my opinion. Staff great and food piping hot and plentiful.

Always good food and service, First time I've used the official App and not quite sure why I had to pay a service charge? Previously I've always ordered online but don't remember this charge?
